How does the Flexible Plan work?

The Flexible Plan uses weekly stabilization: your caffeine allowance stays the same for 7 days before reducing. This gives your adenosine receptors time to adjust. You can also use Boost Days (higher allowance) for demanding work and Reset Days (0mg) to accelerate tolerance reduction.

Is my data private?

Yes. Coffee Quitter has no backend. All data stays on your device (SQLite) or in your private iCloud account (CloudKit). We never see your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I sync across devices?

Yes, if you sign in with Apple and enable iCloud backup. Your data will restore automatically on any device where you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

What if I accidentally delete the app?

If you enabled iCloud backup, your data is safe. Reinstall the app, sign in with Apple, and tap "Restore from iCloud" in your profile.

Can I customize my taper plan?

Yes! You can adjust:

  • Starting and ending caffeine amounts
  • Number of weeks
  • Weekly reduction rate
  • Boost Day and Reset Day allowances
  • Grace Period (calibration phase)

How do I report a bug?
